We have a sense of design that centers around a warm urban aesthetic that is honest and not-overdone, using natural and locally sourced materials to create homes purposed for the lifestyle of the client, regardless of floor plan size. We take pride in working with architects and construction trades to build high-quality homes with an attention to detail.

New Infill Home Construction

It is really simple to use our services and put our talent to work to build your custom home. We can build on your land or help you locate land for your new home with our brokerage services. Our flexibility allows use of your plans, modification of plans, or creating new plans, using your architect or ours.

The team assembled for your project develops a budget and timeline, and further assists when financing is needed by connecting you to qualified professionals. As you decide to move forward, we execute the plan with an attention to detail for high-quality results, and provide attentive customer service throughout the process.

Restoration & Renovation

The restoration and renovation of homes, especially historic properties, requires a sensitive and thoughtful combination of the old with the new. We use great care and consideration in how we approach these projects so that new infrastructure and aesthetic improvements and carefully mixed and integrated with the existing character.
