Acquisition of operational multi-family assets and value-add projects for the multi-family rental market. We target established areas with an upscale appeal, growth path areas with a clear need, and transitioning areas.
Our target properties range from approximately 10-75 units where these is a good market and inventory of available properties. We seek fully rented properties with an established operating history in excellent condition, and properties that have value-add opportunity where the rents are low or the property has deferred maintenance through sub-standard property management.
Single Family Rental Homes
Acquisitions of single-family residences in desirable and marketable areas that are usually under lease with an established operating history. Advantages are rental increases over time, increased sales price with modest updating prior to sale, and flexibility to add new and sell units as desired.
