Come visit our latest design renovation project in the Dunbar Spring neighborhood.  This original 1970 ranch style home is on a corner parcel with views to the north and east.  The clean lines and solid block construction called for a stylish rebrand that looked to a modern perspective to energize the property.

The entire property has been designed to give the new owner(s) a beautiful residence with minimal maintenance. New HVAC system, low-e windows and hot water heater combine to lower energy needs and increase comfort. The property is further distinguished by a custom metal fence for a great aesthetic, that adds privacy, security, and gated off-street parking.  A newly installed landscape with all native vegetation surrounds the home with timed drip irrigation.

For the interior design we created inviting areas for relaxing, conversation, eating, and entertaining. The bamboo floor adds an earthy livable feel and shows off the glossy galley kitchen from IKEA with classic tile work and new appliances. Completely new bathrooms with matching bathroom fixture suites, all new lighting throughout, and lots of storage.
