Infill Homes in Historic Barrio

We’re excited about our latest project in Barrio Anita where we’re building 3 custom single family homes clustered near each other on Anita Avenue across for the community garden. The old neighborhood market was the design inspiration to create homes that enhance and meld into the area with welcoming entryways, clean lines, porches, patios, and fenced areas for privacy.

The interiors feature a large great room with 12′ ceiling height and exposed ductwork, and distinct ample areas for living and dining. The kitchen will feature a bar counter, wall-shelves, IKEA cabinets, upscale counters, and stainless appliances with exhaust hood. Bathrooms will have urban spa design with our custom vanities with open shelves and clean crisp classic tile, upscale fixtures / lighting, and glass enclosure in the master. Graduated bedroom size gives more versatility – large master suite, guest second bedroom, and third bedroom is optional office or studio without feeling like a bedroom. Polished concrete floors, low-e window / doors, high-efficiency HVAC, and all the benefits of new construction with a 2 year all-inclusive builder warranty.

Our technique of complete parcel utilization will be on display here as well, with every inch of the property detailed. A complete landscape package is included with an array of plants and trees. We incorporate passive rain-water and timed-drip irrigation for long-term sustainability, ease-of-maintenance, and enjoyment. Custom metal fences of mixed variety will create private outdoor areas and front entryways.
