Urbanity sits at the corner of 6th Avenue and 23rd Street, in a group of repurposed retail and mixed-use buildings restored by Southwest Urban. The result is a versatile, welcoming space with a backdrop you won’t find anywhere else in the city — dramatic indoor gallery, a walled outdoor courtyard, and the kind of character that leaves a lasting impression on your guests. The Space
Urbanity’s main indoor gallery is a large-volume space with excellent natural and evening lighting. The open floor flexes around your plan — two service and bar areas anchor the room, and seating and conversation areas can be arranged for an intimate feel or cleared out entirely for a more open layout. Just off the main room, a high-walled open-air courtyard adds a second gathering space with its own service area — a striking outdoor room with the privacy of an indoor one.
Meeting & Offsites
Urbanity also hosts daytime meetings, board retreats, training sessions, and team offsites at a reduced rate. The gallery’s flexible layout supports classroom, theater, U-shape, or open-circle setups, and the courtyard makes a natural break space. Catering and AV can be arranged. Ask about meeting rates and weekday availability.
