Urbanity Gallery & Events Building is an iconic property along the 6th Avenue corridor, adjacent to Avenue Lofts our sister property. This space has seen many uses including a locally owned military supply store that transitioned into a ramshackle collection of living units that became uninhabitable.
We repurposed the space into more of the configuration it had originally and thought we could reactivate it by running Southwest Urban here. We added our staging furniture along with our personal art with the idea of having a great space for art and other events.
